The Send a Report page contains a form you can use to send a spyware report to Tenebril. Send a report to Tenebril if:

• You are experiencing problems with your computer and suspect they are due to spyware.

• If you have spyware on your computer that is not recognized by SpyCatcher.

Tenebril's engineers will use your report to update SpyCatcher's database of spyware, and that update will be automatically applied to your computer based on your update settings.

When creating a spyware report, be as specific as possible and include as much information about reproducing the problem or finding the spyware as you can. Tenebril's engineers need to find the spyware to be able to identify it and add it to the spyware database.

• Enter your email address in the text box (optional).

• Describe the symptoms of the spyware on your computer.

• Click Send Report.  

Note: If you provide your email address, a researcher will contact you to resolve your problem, will identify the spyware, and add it to our database.
